Of Colombian origin, Juan Pablo moved to Montreal in 2019, after living in Toronto for a few years. He also lived in Iceland and the Netherlands. He was inspired by the minimalism of these countries for the design of the store, notably by adding elements of natural wood and accents of neutral colors.
Of course he adds his Latin-American touch by carefully choosing tropical plants that remind him of his childhood and Colombian coffee grown in the region of Eje Cafetero (Colombian Triangle), a region known for its fair and quality productions.
